Hello everybody! ^-^
I am Roberto bracciante from Italy.
Excuse me, I don't speak Russian.
Hope you will understand me as well.. Let me introduce myself in your forum: I am a N scale modelist, I am 37 and live in Padua,  member of ASN (Italian N scale association) from 2005.
I am a Russian railway models enthusiast, but in Italy we have poor informations.
Hope to meet some of you in next INGA.NET meeting in Stuttgart!
As a start I have a question: did anybody of you try to scratch build this?
do you some drawings?

Hello Roberto.
This device is intended for delivery of rockets to a place of start and maintained on Baikonur.[url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3298-2-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3298-3-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3298-4-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3298-5-f.jpg]

Hello guys, Thank you for your kind wellcome!I must say that this is an ancient trailer (the first model) for the R-7 rocket transport.
You can see it monumentalized in some cities, holding a vostok/soyuz rocket.
It also appears in original film document about very first sputnik1 and 2 launches.
I would like to build a convoy: loco + shield wagon + trailer with missile on it.
I think it would be a nice diorama, or not?
The only problem is I cannot let it ride on our social layouts, due to eccessive height and width of the rocket, that would crash on upper wire or tunnel portals. It nedds a Kazakhstan desert diorama![url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3383-3-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3383-4-f.jpg]

(continue from previous message)First, I can see that the trailer is just a flat car with a mobile holder. But if it is easy to find the track measures of a Russian flat car, it is quite difficult for me to know the overall dimensions, or the distance between tracks. Can you help me?Second, If you look at the photos, on one there is  the loco moving the convoy: it seems to me a TE-2. Is that right?
Excuse me, I am not so expert about Russian locomotives.thank you for your kind collaboration.
I have another question about the VL-80 Del Prado, I post it separately.Roberto[url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3384-2-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3384-3-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3384-4-f.jpg][url=/uploads/000b/26/68/3384-5-f.jpg]
