Series and number of your Russian passport
INN or SNILS number (your INN number is available on the official Federal tax service website)
2. Log in to your PayPal account or if you’re already logged in, access the update dashboard by clicking on the corresponding notification in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Check your information to make sure it’s accurate and update it if necessary. Please pay special attention to the spelling of the surname, first name and patronymic name. Enter the names in full in Cyrillic as they appear on your passport. Double-check the information to make sure there are no error or extra spaces.
